Membership is open to the most senior HR person within an organisation. This individual must be nominated by an existing PPMG member, be visited by two existing PPMG members, proposed and then invited to join the Group, for which there is a nominal annual membership subscription fee. If you do not know any PPMG members, please feel free to contact us to discuss membership and we can initiate the process.
We meet monthly for breakfast meetings in the local Portsmouth area. Each meeting has a fixed agenda and covers a single topic such as Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training & Development or Recruitment for example. Between meetings, our members exchange information, ideas and suggestions by email/phone on a regular basis.
