PPMG are a dynamic group of HR Professionals based in Hampshire, who regularly meet together to discuss a variety of HR issues, offer support and information and strive for best practice within our field. In addition to our monthly meetings, which sometimes include an informative guest speaker, our members can also contact each other through the PPMG Forum. This valuable resource offers the opportunity to request and exchange information, for example: how to deal with specific situations, application of new legislation, sources of advice and guidance. Our members also share policies and procedures enabling individual HR Managers to formulate an appropriate policy/procedure for their individual organisation.
