The Portsmouth Personnel Managers' Group (PPMG) was set up in the 1950s by HR professionals in order to exchange information.

  Between meetings, members contact each other to request and exchange information on, for example, how to deal with specific situations, application of new legislation, sources of advice and guidance.

In order to become a member, the most senior HR person in the company will be nominated by an existing member, be visited by two existing PPMG members, proposed and then invited to join the Group, for which there is a nominal annual membership subscription fee.

We meet monthly for breakfast meetings in Emsworth and between meetings are exchanging information, ideas, suggestions by email/phone on a regular basis.
